TOPJOY’S SPC flooring can be considered as a kind of Enhanced LVT.
As compared with LVT, our SPC Flooring is a massive upgrade. It is 10 times better impact resistance, 60% faster to install than glue down LVT and much more eco-friendly. SPC flooring is also much more stable than LVT. No need for expansion joints or huge gaps around perimeter.
Due to its high-density core, the flooring is incredibly durable and scratch-resistant. It has all the attributes of LVT: waterproof, pet-proof, family-friendly, but with a new level of impact protection. It can withstand the toughest traffic and is perfect for commercial applications.
