Compare to regular non-waterproof flooring products, such as traditional hardwood flooring or laminated flooring, TOPJOY UNICORE FLOORING is engineered by multiple layers with hot extrusion technology. Not only its core layer won’t be affected by water, its double-protective overlays and seamless tight interlocking system add to the water-resistance performance. With global warming and climate change, we are see more frequent heavy raining and flood in area used to be less precipitation. Regular flooring kinds, such as hardwood flooring or laminated flooring could be ruined after being soaked in water.
