1. Using the thermometer to measure the degree of temperature and moisture. 15℃ is suitable for interior room and concrete floor. It is forbidden to install PVC Flooring at low 5℃ and above 30℃. The moisture degree is from 20%-75%.
2. Using water content testing instrument to measure the moisture content.the moisture content of basic layer should be lower 3%.
3. About the PVC material installation, in 2 meters range, the concrete floor need to be flat, the allowable error has to be lower 2mm.
