There are a few other ways to prepare before you are preparing installation for vinyl floor.
Luxury vinyl floors need to acclimate to the new environment for 48 hours, so you should have bought the new flooring and delivered to your home at least two days before installation.
As usual, examine whether your new flooring has any damage or defects before installation. And make sure the flooring surface is clean, flat, dry, and free of debris.

Don’t install cabinets on top of the flooring.Be sure to install all base and island cabinets before installing luxury vinyl. Remove all furniture and appliances from the room, as well as wall and doorway trim, and undercut any door casings.
