TOPJOY UNICORE SPC rigid core vinyl flooring is featuring outstanding waterproof character. Compare to regular non-waterproof flooring products, such as traditional hardwood flooring or laminated flooring, TOPJOY UNICORE FLOORING is engineered by multiple layers with hot extrusion technology. Not only its core layer won’t be affected by water, its double-protective overlays and seamless tight interlocking system add to the water-resistance performance. With global warming and climate change, we are see more frequent heavy raining and flood in area used to be less precipitation. Regular flooring kinds, such as hardwood flooring or laminated flooring could be ruined after being soaked in water. But when people are having TOPJOY waterproof rigid core vinyl flooring, all they need to do is to drain the water out and clean the dirty by a mop even water is flooded the place for 72 hours. Our uniquely engineered SPC core has the industry’s minimum swearing rate. It won’t contract or warp when being tested by harsh conditions.
