UV Coating: This will enhance performance of stain resistance , avoids slips, falls, will make stain cleaning easier.
Wear-resistant Layer: This wear layer is the top UV coating on the vinyl floor that is transparent. It adds scratch and stain resistance to the vinyl plank.
Decoration Layer ( PVC Color Film ): This layer will contain the pattern, texture and look of the floor. Wood,marble, carpet patterns, any color is available.
SPC Core Layer: The SPC core is made by combining polyvinyl chloride resins, limestone powder and stabilizers to create a dimensional stable and waterproof core.
Underlay : SPC vinyl floors may or may not come with attached underlay. These are usually included to help with sound reduction and add softness to the floor. The underlay material are IXPE , EVA or CORK.
