The main raw material of TopJoy SPC floor is 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride(shorted as PVC) and limestone powder. PVC is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic renewable resource. It has been widely used in people’s daily life, such as tableware and medical infusion tube bags. All our vinyl flooring products do not contain heavy metals, phthalate, methanol and other harmful substances.
Our products has passed the third party testings of European and American standards, IS09000 international quality system certification and ISO14001 international green environmental certification, and are FloorScore certified. FloorScore is the most recognized indoor air quality (IAQ) certification standard for hard surface materials, adhesives, and underlayments. Taking responsibility
Our products are completely free from ortho-phthalate-free plasticisers, a substance used in PVC to make it flexible. We use a bio-plasticiser from a renewable resource; We’ve also operated a zero-waste-to-landfill policy at our production site.
All our production is controlled by using ISO 9000 manufacturing quality standard and ISO 1401 environmental standards both are recognised international standards which are independently audited and certified.
