TopJoy will be introducing the next generation of SPC rigid core vinyl flooring in November, 2022: LITE-SPC luxury vinyl floor.
Based on the light superior performance of WPC floor and stability of SPC, LSPC keeps being upgraded to meet the market’s expectation, the need of both family and public decoration. On the basis of optimized featured, upgrade size, enhanced structure, “Super” ability, great effort, our floor has realized high feature, large size, strong design, and has helped significantly reduce the cost of equipment and labor on the condition of enhanced production capacity. Therefore we offer this new type light floor which is super thick, super wide, super long, super light, super stable and super wear-resistant.
★ With same thickness the density is reduced by 30%-35% compare to SPC. Whole container capacity：800-900 square more;
★ It uses core layer foam, this foam layer has microscopic porous structure, with sound absorption and buffer abilities. Soft wood or IXPE pad is put on the back, which provides better feeling of trample and silent effect.
★ Better size stability: In the sunshine simulation test, under 80℃ 3 hours, no warping or arching is observed.
More wear-resistant than SPC: 30,000 + turns in castor test;
More cost-effective than SPC and WPC: It has lower transportation expense compare to SPC with same thickness. It has lower cost of production compare to WPC with same thickness.
